Over Summer I wanted to work on a project different to what I'm used to; for my degree I typically design for films, however I have wanted to branch out more and experiment with art direction for photography. I got in touch with two photographers I know and admire, Eloise Shaw and Holly Farndell to collaborate with and we chose to do a shoot inspired by Lana Del Rey.
I created moodboards with two different styles, as I wanted to have two contrasting styles among the images. The first being a much softer look using colours such as pink and the second a more industrial look with the presence of red.

I asked my friend, Eliza Girling to model and all the clothes worn were chosen by me from her own collection (minus the floral head-dress, which I made specially for the shoot).
We used an underpass and the Plantation Gardens in Norwich for our shoot and experimented with prisms for interesting effects with lighting.
